BellSouth

BellSouth needed to accelerate the market for its Ethernet-enabled SMARTRing service. International Orange worked with Lucent to develop Carrier Ethernet sales tools that highlighted the value of SMARTRing for city, metro and regional network applications. International Orange developed a white paper co-branded by BellSouth and Lucent Technologies, which has become the most downloaded document on the BellSouth website.

Lucent Technologies

While helping service providers launch Carrier Ethernet services, Lucent Technologies needed to assess enterprise prospects' requirements and quickly deploy tools for the marketing and sales teams of its service provider customers. International Orange planned and executed a customized research program to determine prospects' buying patterns and their perceptions of Ethernet services. Based on this research, International Orange delivered white papers, industry-specific brochures and executive briefs to increase awareness of carrier-grade Ethernet and its significant service benefits, allowing Lucent sales representatives to take advantage of the new Carrier Ethernet market.

International Orange also worked with Lucent to deliver sales tools for hosted and managed-IP telephony services and network and enterprise VoIP security for leading carriers like Verizon and Sprint.

Spanlink Communications

An innovative solutions provider in the VoIP communications, contact center and system management markets, Spanlink Communications needed to educate prospects regarding the business value of unified collaboration solutions for new and existing IP telephony deployments. International Orange delivered a white paper highlighting the need for cost-effective conferencing and collaborative tools and showing the superior value of Spanlink’s solutions.

International Orange also developed VoIP system management sales tools to help Spanlink’s sales teams elevate the need for VoIP system management solutions for enterprise- and institutional-wide VoIP deployments.

Zhone Technologies

Zhone Technologies needed to rapidly launch new fiber- and copper-based solutions that run on one platform to deliver triple play services. In less than a week, International Orange developed sales tools that showed the value of Zhone network configurations to help carriers understand how to best transition their networks to capture IPTV revenues. As a result, Zhone has become a leading provider for triple-play fiber- and copper-based solutions and recently acquired Paradyne to expand its position.
